Describes the dedication of Wiig Hansen's most recent female figure sculpture--Oceania (bronze)--at the Odense city hall square; and the presentation of the model for Oceania (varnished unfired clay) to Fyns Kunstmuseum. Discusses the development of Wiig Hansen's sculptural female figures 1951-1992, e.g., Torso (1951), Mother Earth (1953); and Sitting Woman (1964).
