- Production of the images for the recent volume Beyond the third dimension involved the use of several new computer-graphics techniques for design of line drawings, and considerable interaction with artists who have worked with higher-dimensional geometric concepts. In this article, the authors describe the tools used and discuss connections with the works of a number of artists, including Attilio Pierelli, Tony Robbin, Max Bill, Lana Posner, David Brisson, and Salvador Dalí.
