The works exhibited are by: Jean Arp, Ernst Barlach, Georges Braque, Salvador Dalí, Giorgio de Chirico, Raymond Duchamp-Villon, Merlyn Evans, Lyonel Feiniger, Juan Gris, Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee, Fernard Léger, Aristide Maillol, Manolo, Piet Mondrian, Henry Moore, Ben Nicholson, Picasso, Georges Rouault, Kurt Schwitters, and Gino Severini. In addition to the catalogue entries for the individual works, exhibition and publication histories are given.
