Abstract
(en)
Discusses Salvador Dalí's ongoing engagement with issues of sexuality and the relation between the sexes in his work. Examines the psycho-sexual symbolism in several of Dalí's paintings from the 1930s to the late 1960s, highlighting his use of oedipal, cannibalistic, masturbatory, and religious imagery to explore sexual mythology.
