Abstract (en)
Reconsiders the attribution to the early Riccio of a north Italian Entombment formerly attributed to Donatello, and discusses a circular plaquette of Elijah in the Fiery Chariot ascribed to the shop of Pietro Lombardo, both from the collection of C.D.E. Fortnum, whose activity as a collector is discussed, and both now in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.
