On an illuminated incunabulum, commissioned by a member of the Roverella family, of the Decretum Gratiani, a 12th c. Italian treatise on canon law. Printed in Venice in 1474 and illuminated in Ferrara afterward, the book is now in the Museo civico d'arte antica di Palazzo Schifanoia, Ferrara. Full catalogue entries with commentaries and illustrations of all the illuminations.
