Among the museums and institutions that the Finnish publisher, industrialist and patron founded are the Amos Anderson konstmuseum, located in his former home (Georgsgatan 27), inaugurated in 1965, the Institutum Romanum Finlandiae, 1938, located in Villa Lante (1950s), Rome, and the Konstsamfundet, 1940, Helsinki, which main purpose is to promote all the arts.
