Abstract (en)

On the use of the narthex of S. Lamberti, Oldenburg as a funeral chapel with cenotaphs. The architecture and sculpture were commissioned from Angelo Uggeri, Luigi Antonio Acquisti and Christopher Hewetson. Publishes correspondence mostly between Peter Friedrich Ludwig Herzog von Oldenburg and Friedrich Leopold Graf Stolberg, including an hitherto unpublished letter, 1792 or 1793, on the commission.
