Describes the Lennoxlove toilet set--a rare, virtually complete Louis XIV service which includes 17 articles of silver-gilt (made in Paris between 1661 and 1677), 16 leather-covered cases and a walnut veneer chest with gilt mounts (Edinburgh, Royal Museum of Scotland, Chambers Street).
