Discusses a richly mounted watch with châtelaine (København, Rosenborg Slot), 1767, an early example of Neo-classic jewelry, created by Jean-François Fistaine, and commissioned by Queen Juliane Marie. Identifies the jeweler as a French Huguenot, born in Berlin, and active in Denmark 1752-1792.
