Discusses: (1) the "horn of Lehel", an ivory horn carved with a hunting scene, probably 10th c., in the museum of Jászberény; (2) the 11th c. crown of the emperor Constantine Monomachus, in the National Museum of Hungary, Budapest; (3) the Byzantine enamels (1074-1077) in the Royal Crown of Hungary (present location unknown); (4) a gilt silver staurothek, with enamels (here dated to the 12th c.), in the Treasury of Esztergom.
