On Christian Hansen's architecture in Athens, 1833-1850 (for example Athens University, 1838-1841), and on Sjaelland (for example, the Zoological Museum, Copenhagen, 1863). Discusses the Danish architect's formal language of Greek classicism and Byzantine style which came to be regarded as a national style both in Greece and Denmark.
