Abstract (en)

Traces the history of Cassiano dal Pozzo's collection of drawings, the Museo cartaceo, from its acquisition by George III in 1762 as part of the Albani collection to its partial dispersal, including some 15 volumes of natural history drawings, from the Royal Library (Windsor) in the early 20th c. Notes results of Anthony Blunt's efforts to trace the dispersed drawings. Appendix with abbreviated list of items from dal Pozzo's collection purchased by George III.
