Identifies zodiacal signs in Raphael's design (London, Victoria and Albert) for the tapestry, Sacrifice at Lystra (Rome, Vatican, Pinacoteca), one of the series commissioned by Leo X, ca.1515, for the Sistine Chapel (Rome, Vatican); examines the significance of this astrological imagery in relation to the patron.
