Examines the choir plan of the Benedictine Abbey of Pershore (Worcestershire), whether it was to be vaulted or not, the most suitable form for the main elevation, as well as consistency and inconsistency in taste. The first work was done about 1220-1223, when the Romanesque structure was still standing, and the building continued in 1230-1239 when the Romanesque choir was demolished. Discusses the relationship with Worcester Cathedral.
