Published in conjunction with an exhibition that focuses on seven contemporary Danish artists and their relationship in painting, lithography and photography, 1966-1981, to the Neo-classicism of the Danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen. The exhibiting artists are: Richard Winther, Helge Bertram, Robert Risager, Ole Schwalbe, Per Kirkeby, Bjørn Nørgaard, Ursula Reuter Christiansen.
