Abstract (en)
Addresses the problem of defining art that deals with evil, horrible, or repulsive subjects. Analyzes the concepts of reality and truth as human constructs, quoting Picasso: "Art is not truth. It is a lie that leads us toward the truth, at least what is given to us to comprehend". Focuses on Orozco's historical and political paintings.
