Attributes to Cavallino a painting of Moses Striking Water from the Rock (Neuilly, Pierre Boisselier collection). Cites a reference for this painting and three others by Cavallino in an 1838 catalogue of the Lucchese Palli collection, Palermo, and suggests lines of inquiry for tracing the other three paintings. Notes that Luca Giordano's Entombment (Detroit Institute of Arts) was once in the same collection.
