Argues that an illumination showing a lady with the emblems of the Visconti in the late 14th c. manuscript MS lat. 6340 of the Bibliothèque Nationale, Paris (Cicero, De natura deorum), is by the same hand as an initial on fol. 99v of MS D'Orville 21 of the Bodleian Library, Oxford (Seneca, Tragedies); and concludes that both were produced in Milan ca.1400.
