Presents responses by 22 artists, museum personnel, art historians, politicians, et al. to three questions: What constitutes pornography? When is it art and when is it obscenity? Where do you draw the line? Comments reflect the current debate on this issue in the USA regarding art projects funded by the National Endowment for the Arts. Also provides an excerpt from a new book on art law, citing United States Supreme Court rulings on obscenity.
