Reports on the planned conversion by Derek Latham and Associates of a factory workshop complex built 1900 in Spencer Street, Birmingham. The new complex, which will house jewelry workshops and related concerns, will be known as the Jewellery Business Centre. The project is being patronized by the Prince of Wales.
