Abstract (en)

Chronicles legal and other issues involving Indianapolis art dealer Goldberg and four Byzantine mosaics (ca.525) stolen from a Cypriot church. The suit, filed by the Republic of Cyprus to reclaim the mosaics, was decided in Cyprus's favor (summer 1989); Goldberg appealed that decision and the case is pending.
