On West German art collector Peter Ludwig's recent proposal to the Soviet Minister of Culture, regarding the creation of a museum of contemporary art in Moscow bearing his name and housing a number of contemporary works from his collection. Notes the Pushkin Museum's interest in accepting Ludwig's collection for a proposed modern art museum under their direction.
