History of the prince-bishops of Passau, 8th-20th cs. Focuses on the city's two extant episcopal palaces, the first (Alte Residenz) built in the 15th-17th cs., the second (Neue Residenz) built 1712-1730, then redesigned by Melchior Hefele in 1766 and completed in 1771.
