Abstract (en)

First exhibition is an overview of Florentine painting and sculpture ca.1400-1450, conceived to complement the reopening of the Brancacci Chapel (S. Maria del Carmine) with Masaccio's recently cleaned frescoes. Second exhibition focuses on Florentine painting ca.1430s-1450s, especially the work of Giovanni di Francesco.
