Discusses sculptor Donald Judd's points of contention with collector Count Giuseppe Panza di Biumo concerning the fabrication and installation of Judd's sculpture without the artist's supervision. At issue are the agreements on paper which Panza purchased in the 1970s. Judd also attacks the decision by the Guggenheim Museum, New York, to purchase a large collection of Minimalist paintings and sculptures from Count Panza, which Judd asserts includes sculptures fabricated without authorization from the artists. Also cites the views of some of the other sculptors involved.
