Transcribes an 1824 letter in which Fracaroli proposes several "antiquities," chiefly from rural sites in the province of Verona, for Monga's collections: two Medieval inscriptions; a piece of a bed where S. Carlo Borromeo once slept; and a piece of the "Guglia di Napoleone," a Doric column erected as a battle memorial (1797) by Napoleon in Rivoli Veronese (demolished 1814, although the base is still visible). Cites other sources for the same monuments.
