Offers a reconstruction of the 1725-1726 altarpiece which consisted of a marble, Palladian style architectural framework by Samuel Tufnell, and a painting of The Wise Men's Offerings by Jan van Diest, as well as an elaborate rail of wrought iron, the whole paid for by George Wade. The altarpiece was removed sometime after 1833. Tufnell's frame is incorporated into Grosvenor Villa (Bath); the fate of Diest's painting is unknown; the rail was reinstalled in the north transept of Bath Abbey in 1960.
