Describes a mural painting, second half of the 15th c., depicting a crowned saint, uncovered during the restoration of Vårfrukyrkan, Enköping, in 1903-1904. Believes that the identification of the saint as S. Ursula (based on the attribute which has been restored as a so-called squirrel arrow) is erroneous. Argues that what the restorer interpreted as an arrow may very well be a two-handed sword, the attribute of King Erik, the Swedish saint.
