Reports results of excavations carried out 1985-1989 at Villa Clelia (near Imola), the site of a necropolis and an ecclesiastical settlement datable to the 4th-11th cs. Ceramic, glass and metal artifacts were found in a ditch for refuse (6th-7th cs.), two early 6th c. cist burials, and fill from an 11th c. trench.
