Publishes a drawing acquired in 1987 by the Princeton University Art Museum which has been tentatively attributed to Testa. Compares it with a nearly identical drawing which has recently come to light (New York, private collection). Argues that the New York sheet is autograph Testa, while the Princeton drawing is a copy of it, presumably made not long after Testa's death by someone hoping to benefit from the artist's posthumous reputation. Discusses iconography.
