On Adalberto Libera's Palazzo dei Congressi, built for the Esposizione Universale di Roma of 1942. Includes information on the competition for the design of the building (1937-1938) and on Libera's other buildings for the Fascist regime in Italy, 1932-1942. Also includes designs for mosaics and mural paintings, by Achille Capizzano, Achille Funi, Afro Basaldella, Gino Severini and others.
