Sculpture and prints from Martini's formative years in Anticoli Corrado (1924-1927, with occasional visits through 1929). Five catalogue essays, including discussions of Martini's Storia d'amore in the third Biennale Romana (1925) and of his prints from 1910 to 1930. Also includes excerpts from Martini's correspondence describing his apprenticeship to the American artist Maurice Sterne.
