Large-scale exhibition of 20th c. light, sound, and kinetic sculpture by some 60 artists, representing three generations of artists who have utilized technology in their work. Artists represented range from László Moholy-Nagy to Jenny Holzer, including Alice Aycock, Jonathan Borofsky, Jack Dollhausen, Rebecca Horn, Clyde Lynds, Dennis Oppenheim, George Rhoads, and Ted Victoria. Catalogue features essays by Plous, Doll, and Shamash, and excerpts from an interview with artist Raúl Ruiz.
