Abstract (en)
Considers aspects of the works of Mike Gallagher, Juno Gemes, Elaine Pelot Kitchener, Jon Rhodes, and Wes Stacey, Australian photographers who have worked with Aborigines since the early 1970s, drawing attention to a historical shift from the older colonialist and neo-colonialist viewpoints to the current practice whereby Aborigines are recording their own people.
