Offers an analysis of Haring's painted steel sculptures, 1985-1990, highlighting the three monumental-scale sculptures produced in Germany which will be installed as public sculptures in Düsseldorf. Comments on the relationship between Haring's sculptures and his work in two-dimensional media.
