Abstract (en)

Argues that activist art offers a totalitarian conception, totalizing art as morally responsible or dismissing it altogether. Also asserts that the absolutist superego of the moralist-artist acts like a tyrant in control of the world, so that the artist becomes the world's censor under the guise of representing its good conscience.
