Catalogue of one part of the collection of ceramic fragments amassed by Luigi Donini from early 20th c. excavations and given to the museum in 1958 by his daughter Maria Clotilde Donini Baer: incised slipware (ceramiche ingobbiate e graffite) from Emilia-Romagna, late 14th-17th cs. Includes introductory chapters on the history of the collection in a broad historiographic context, as well as on the development of graffite ware in the region.
