Abstract (en)
Presents documentary evidence establishing that Plautilla Bricci designed the villa of the Abbate Elpidio Benedetti (begun 1663) on the Janiculum in Rome, and notes that she executed most of the fresco decorations; also notes that she and not her brother Basilio designed the chapel of S. Louis in S. Luigi dei Francesi for Benedetti.
