Abstract
(en)
Analyzes drawings by Juvarra as a key to his approach to architecture. Focuses on a view of the south facade of the Castello of Rivoli (Berlin, Kunstbibliothek) that corresponds to the painted veduta commissioned from G.P. Panini in 1723 while the rebuilding was in progress; also discusses other drawings with studies for Rivoli and plans and views of the Campidoglio (Rome).
