In relation to the exhibition of their work at the Oakland Museum through 10 Jan 1993, presents new evidence from recent research on the origins and activities of the photography group initiated in 1932 by Willard Van Dyke; founders included Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, and Imogen Cunningham.
