Abstract (en)

Describes the construction of a scale model of the Niña, one of the three ships sailed by Columbus on his exploratory journey to the Americas. The ship, a Portuguese caravel, was displayed in an exhibition on Columbus's discovery, held in the Martin-Gropius-Bau, Berlin (fall 1992).
