Abstract (en)

Publishes a pair of irregularly shaped Limoges enamel plaques, here identified as stirrup ornaments and attributed to Joseph Limosin ca.1620-1625 (New York, Metropolitan Museum). Also presents a Limoges horse bit boss of ca.1570-1580 from the Metropolitan collection.
