Studies a previously unknown book of hours (Malibu, J. Paul Getty Museum, MS 10) datable to 1478 and localized to Lyons on grounds of style; places it in the context of late 15th c. manuscript illumination in Lyons, focusing on three groups of manuscripts: a small group assigned to Getty Master, a second, slightly larger group assigned to the Rosenberg Master (so named after two books of hours in the Rosenberg collection), and a significant group assigned to the Master of Guillaume Lambert. Places the Getty manuscript at the beginning of known manuscript production by these three hands. Includes an appendix listing the three groups of manuscripts.
