Recently discovered documentary material, and evidence of the building fabric, throw light on the history, architecture and interior decoration of Wythenshawe Hall (Manchester) since the 1530s, particularly in the 17th and 18th cs. Briefly describes restoration work after 1945, and outlines the history of Wythenshawe Park, 18th to 20th cs.
