Abstract (en)

Describes the alabaster monument and effigies of Lionel and his wife Joan Waterton, probably ordered during Lord Welles's lifetime and made in a Midlands workshop between 1440 and 1470. Also considers the original location of the monument in the Waterton Chapel.
