Abstract (en)
Study of the illuminations (which are only partially completed) of a Haggadah manuscript of ca.1300 (New York, Jewish Theological Seminary, library, MS Mic. 9478); observes that the manuscript belongs to a type that developed in Spain and that the illuminations reveal strong French influence; concludes that the artist appears to have been familiar with the tradition of Haggadah illustrations and with the subtleties of the text.
