Brief report on the symposium held 5-6 Nov 1993 at the National Gallery, London. Twenty papers were presented, which examined the iconography of the late 14th c. Wilton Diptych and its relation to King Richard II, as well as a broader range of contemporary artistic and cultural issues surrounding life at Richard's court.
