Abstract (en)

Describes the glass presentation pieces created by Steuben for the Baldrige Quality Award. The Baldrige award is bestowed annually, under the auspices of the US Department of Commerce, to companies who excel in industrial competitiveness; it was initiated by Congress in 1988. The design consists of twin towers of glass which entrap a gold medallion.
