This volume is comprised of two works originally published in the 1820s: a facsimile of the 1822 edition of The tailor's friendly instructor, by James Wyatt, and the 1828 English translation of The art of tying the cravat, newly typeset. Wyatt's book is an illustrated pattern-drafting manual for men's, boy's and women's clothing.
